I've been using Awtomic on my Shopify store since their team was still in YC. Their onboarding and customer service is great - their CEO Emily personally made sure the extension was set up properly and made sure the design matched my site. What I love the most is that they listen to customer feedback, even from smaller stores like mine, and they're constantly shipping cool new features that integrate seamlessly with Shopify's checkout - unlike some of the other guys. They're definitely the most customer-focused player in the game.

Subscriptions are an incredible opportunity for DTC brands to lift revenue, make it more predictable, and engage with their best customers. Being able to build-a-box, gift a subscription, and surprise and delight offers a lot of options for customers to have the best experience and make choices through one tool.
