Just curious: What does your typical customer look like? Tech companies or? and what kind of tech companies?

It can be used by different types of companies from the IT industry, Law firms, and many other industries and companies where the payment is counted by the hourly model. Also if a project is performed by a fixed price model, the amount of hours should be monitored to keep cost efficiency for a project.
