While version 15 is great, 16 is out and 17 is coming this year. Each year the developer adds 100-200 new features to an already amazing web designer. Visually design attractive, responsive websites that can be published to almost any hosting account. My team has developed over 75 sites that delight our customers. Developers won't find better support anywhere. There is an active user forum and the developer usually replies to questions in 24 hours. As Ron pointed out it is a one-time license with no monthly subscription fees. Annual releases are discounted for existing users.

WYSIWYG Web Builder has grown to version 16 and got a lot of functionality. There are tools for both a beginner to insert ready-made blocks, and for a professional to write their own HTML, CSS, JQuey, PHP code. Many third party extensions are included. I like WYSIWYG Web Builder more than other editors and CMS.
Excellent program. I completely redid 7 websites to make them all responsive for every device. If help is needed, there is a very active community forum. Unless you want or need to learn HTML or another programming language, buy this and get online fast.
