Who is your target audience? Are you building for enterprise,SMB,Midmarket ? Why?

Looking to understand people's views while building different customer profiles, I personally find it challenging to build a product for enterprises, as it requires a lot of customization & terribly slow in closing deals What is your take?

I agree, Enterprise sales is one rabbit hole! At InOrbit.io we're focusing on SMB/MM, I believe that's our sweet spot with the right level of complexity and size to truly make use and get value from the adoption of our product.
