Hi Product Hunt! My name is Monique and I'm the co-founder and Co-CEO of iota, a new personal care brand that's striving to help push personal care into the worlds of health and wellness. We've spent two years researching, developing and perfecting our first line of products - the Supervitamin Body Wash+ (3 variations), and the Superplant Body Serum+. Each of our debut products represents what we believe to be important advancements in personal care - products designed to address skin health at a foundational level, your skin microbiome. There is growing awareness and research in the scientific community on the connection of our skin microbiome with issues such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, etc. Like our gut microbiome, it's increasingly clear that maintaining a balanced skin microbiome plays a huge role in whole body health. As the largest organ, our skin acts as a critical barrier to environmental pathogens, and compromised skin health has been linked to autoimmune diseases, increased allergy rates and even heart health.
