For best results, use it to remove simple shapes(good luck with a car, too complex).
Pros:It's fairly fast, with simple shapes it can do a decent job. Can be used to make some haunting stuff!
Cons:It's not perfect by any means, nor should it substitute for an experienced Photo Editor, in fact, I use it for art purposes because of this.
