@kchau I haven't tried this one yet, but if you're looking for a native Mac app that has Markdown preview, Mou is free and has a second pane with preview. I *think* Write for Mac might include preview also. And if you're willing to fork out some cash for excellent software, Marked 2 by Brett Terpstra can take a Markdown doc from any text editor and preview it with several CSS styling options, or even your own custom CSS so you can see what it will look like on your blog/website.

@BelleBCooper Ah yes, I remember Mou. I did try it at one point, but don't remember why I didn't like it.

I've been wanting a native-app to do this. Sublime does Markdown, but doesn't show the preview. Draftin does this, but is web based.

Been testing Typed for a few weeks as my main markdown editor, and it's pretty slick. Having your desktop background peak through the glass of the window is pretty cool when working in full screen mode, and night mode is great for when you're up all night writing because inspiration hit at the 'wrong moment'.
