I backed a crowdfunding campaign a year ago for Paperspace's hardware. I just got invited to their Early Access program for the software, and to be honest, I'm pleasantly surprised. The speed accessing my VM are shockingly good. These guys will definitely give Amazon a run for their money.

I am happily a paying enterprise customer at Paperspace. Right now I have 5 boxes each with 32GB RAM and 2TB of storage, except for one that I bumped up to 128GB of RAM that I use personally :) It's crazy fast in processing huge files/rendering graphics/etc and their gigabit internet makes downloading anything (of any size) an absolute dream. But the best part is, the 5 machines we currently have end up costing us only about $360/month (in total). By far the best value for this class of hardware and this type of speed -- and there's virtually no latency while using the remote ui. I highly recommend them to everyone!
