How do you manage when to work and when to take a break?

Ever since I went full-time, I've struggled with work-life balance. My brain keeps saying, "Work to make it work, bruh," so I often lose track of time. How do you decide when to stop working and watch the new "Boys" episode?

Making a regular appointment works for me. For example with a gym coach.

I set clear boundaries and use a schedule to balance work and breaks. Regular breaks help keep me refreshed and focused⏰

Haha, been there! Try setting a timer for focused work sessions, then reward yourself with an episode (or two!) of The Boys. Your brain will thank you for the break. And hey, while you're in relaxation mode, maybe explore some ideas on how to make money online – it could be the perfect side hustle!

@genesis17 like the idea of working in blocks. Focus, uninterrupted but limited. Hard to do with some communicational tasks like emails or calls though

I work all the time and take a break when I'm exhausted. If I take a break too long I will become lazy.

@kostyabolsh If you can't focus anymore, it means you are exhausted. Maybe take a small break, like brew coffee/tea or have some snacks.
Remember to listen to your body and mind as they will tell you when it's time to take a break and recharge. I do it by alternating demanding tasks with quick refreshers to stay energized.

hey kostya! my experience proved this to be the best solution: scheduling your non-work activities always comes first also always keep it in your head like a mantra: sometimes the most productive thing you can do in the moment is to rest (it's really helpful in the beginning for every journey always starts with shifting the perspective) and the last one — try watching some interviews that prove that wealth is never about hard-working :) for example, the ones from diary of a ceo

@kszhebrovskaya awesome tips btw, thanks for sharing! That's an area where I am not that good yet. Sometimes don't even have non-work staff secured in calendar
