I'm 100% a morning person. I try to keep my circadian rhythm in check with the sun, and with the seasons.
Earlier riser in summer, slightly later in winter.
Sunlight into the eyes as much as possible for the first 30min of the day before looking at screens to optimize Serotonin & Cortisol ratios.

Personally, I find myself leaning more towards being a night owl, and here's why:
There's something about the quiet hours of the night that sparks my creativity and allows me to dive deep into my thoughts. It's a time when distractions are minimal, and I can focus on tasks without the usual hustle and bustle of the day. I've had some of my most productive moments during late nights.
Been a night owl for all my life.
But recently, I've transitioned to working in the mornings!
I found it hard to unwind after working till late which resulted in sleep deprivation.
Morning person 🌻🌞 - I like having my "me time" in the morning wherein I can workout, read and take my dog for a walk. It gives a sense of refreshment and makes my day more happier :)
