I heard one interesting thought. We put off until later what is difficult to do or do not know how to do. The second reason is that we plan for what is needed. The tasks that we really want to do, we will definitely do as quickly as possible.

Well, it may be because we sometimes make inhuman schedules and feel safe with Procrastination.
We procrastinate due to unrealistic expectations or desired results, which is the main reason.
