Gain new users! I've been in the service industry space for 15 years so this is all new to me. I actually built a million dollar design firm and realized it was not what I wanted. Ironically, my dad told me that 20 years ago. lol

I'm a non-tech founder so it's great to receive feedback from people who are more techies but also for the PR aspect.
The purpose is to promote and introduce to everyone the best products. Reach potential customers.
The most important thing for us is to validate our ideas in order to make a pivot in time, if necessary. Product Hunt is a good place to get feedback and first customers.
I feel like it's a must for SaaS products to launch on PH and be a part of the community! Plus, it's great for sharing projects with like-minded early adapters.
