I manage it pretty simple.
There is a major thing I should do during the day. Usually, it is tasks from 9-5 job and gym.
The rest of the time I spent mostly on my projects. But it is not strict, I can go for a walk if I feel tired.
So, I don't have every minute scheduled. I love to improvise
Grinding on my side project 3-4 hrs each night after the day job. Key is setting a schedule, time blocking, and being absolutely ruthless about protecting that side hustle time. No distractions, just 🔥focus. Also leveraging productivity hacks like the Pomodoro technique to maintain intensity. It's a marathon not a sprint!
