We use "our blogging platform to blog on our own platform". It's similar to Medium but with the paywall-free and collaborative features.
At our company, we've found great success using WordPress for our blog due to its flexibility and extensive customization options. It allows us to tailor the blog's design and functionality to match our brand identity perfectly.

We use webflow and post them on our own website

We just use our own marketing site and create a blog from markdown files (.md)! Eleventy and nunjucks handle the rest, creating a static site from templates.
