When will you start thinking about HR?
HR is one of the few business functions that touches each employee throughout the entire employee life cycle. From initial contact with the company to when the employee departs. When do you plan on bringing on HR or at least when will you start thinking about HR?

When I will find Problem-solving way of thinking, Collaborating with various people, Social intelligence, Creativity, Insight into new media and some other quality in the organization, I will start thinking about HR.
