a few weeks ago. Our company encourages PTO and in our handbook even states a minimum of 4 weeks. I used to have a hard time taking time off work (especially with unlimited PTO) but I realize now it's a lot about the team and culture you work with.
@lacey_winter Love this. So important to take time off without feeling guilty or anxious. I have experienced this first-hand myself and can tell that culture does make a big difference.
