When is it ideal to list your startup on PH - Before PMF (product market fit) or later?

Before PMF - You are not sure of the proposition and hence may worry about losing that chance later to list again - But the positive is you may get early feedback to tweak your product with valuable real user feedback After PMF - Does it help only amplify the voice? - Any examples of post PMF products that really benefited from PH? Thanks
