What workflow management tools do you suggest?

I have tried using all the tools from asana to jira. But the team always reverts back to excel. Any suggestions on the Nth tool I should give a shot that maybe worked for you ?

Haven’t tried motion for Workflow management. Tried Jira, asana & trello
