I've tried many different tools, but PostHog is really my preferred tool as it combines both user stats and replay sessions. It also has a quite generous free tier. Alternatively you can also try Amplitude or June.

Have you tried hotjar? I've also used fullstory before, and its really nice to see your users interact with your app directly.

@codebymedu I really liked FullStory when it came out but it's now more expensive and you have to get a demo first. I find PostHog much better.
