What is your tool of choice for viewing user sessions and analyzing them? Interested to hear what people are using and how they utilize them.

Our team uses smartlook. We used to use FullStory and before that we used LogRocket. Were really liking smartlook now!

@yael_yaari How does Smartlook compare to FullStory? Why did you decide to switch?

@lukas_deconantsesznak it was actually due to costs, Smartlook is the most cost effective we’ve found

@shai_mizrahi I've most recently been using FullStory, but I've heard a lot of great things about Smartlook! Have you used both? How highly do you recommend Smartlook?

Smartlook Qualitative Analytics prefer it over Hotjar because of the retroactive analysis options.
