If it is work stuff in the afternoonish hours, so I can focus! If it is fun stuff and social media, in the night, so I can sleep on it!

@hans_p A good idea, I tend to be stuck on my phone all the time. I think I need to time my content consumption like you do!

I consume everyday but I have 2 conditions: 1. I'm careful to choose only valuable creators 2. I try to learn from every content I consume
