Got a flexible schedule so typically move it around depending on what other things I have to do.
Lately I have been going to the gym around 13:00 since it's empty and adding it to work later in the day to compensate.
Usually around 7.30 I am trying to do earlier tho, and i do deep work till like 10.30 and then usually till 7 pm- i do take plenty of breaks in the middle tho!
