let's say you run a small business that sells handmade products. One thing that you might do that's not scalable is to personally reach out to each customer and thank them for their purchase. This may not be scalable if you have thousands of customers, but it can create a personal connection with your customers and build loyalty.
@a_hussein I agree with this 100%! Especially in the beginning, your first customers are extremely important, to make sure you are going in the right direction, so they deserve that extra attention.
@psd spending tons of time in relevant communities and go through discussion threads; going through companies pages on Linkedin to identify ones that fit our TA...all pretty manual work haha
