What’s your opinion on Metaverse?

The metaverse seems set to reshape the world of work in at least four significant ways: - New immersive forms of team collaboration. - The emergence of new digital, AI-enabled colleagues. - The acceleration of learning and skills acquisition through virtualization and gamified technologies. What is your opinion on this?

I view metaverse as a very promising concept, especially now when lots of our daily activities, including work is done remotely. Maybe, metaverse will help people fight feeling of isolation. And yeah, the opportunities it promises in terms of new forms of education and skill acquisition are next-gen, so people will find stronger motivation and interest in learning new stuff. However, as shown in dystopian movies, I fear that metaverse can gradually substitude real life and make people spend too much time in the virtual world. So I hope there will be good balance)
