When it comes to enhancing productivity while working from home, one valuable hack that has greatly helped me is incorporating the concept of Niuyuan into my daily routine. Wake up with routine. Even teens crave rules and structure. They just don’t know it. (I was a teen therapist for a while). So as human beings we need the routine.

Definitely create a closed off space to use as your work station, to the point that I change clothes to "go to work". I need to mentally disconnect from the idea that I am at home, so I made it feel more sterile like an office environment so I don't get distracted or think of something that I need to do at home.
