Remember vision and mission are different. A vision statement outlines an organization's long-term aspirations. Think of it as your North Star and inspirational image of the future. A mission statement focuses on your current purpose and approach, detailing the immediate actions and strategies you need to move towards your envisioned future. Essentially, while the vision is about the desired future, the mission is about the present actions to reach that future.
