@leonm Do you think a boss can be unreliable and/or have a big ego without affecting the business outcome?
@pablopark It's definitely tough to have an effective team if the boss is unreliable.
Both traits can be challenging, but an unreliable boss can have more detrimental effects on a team and projects. A boss with a big ego might create a difficult work environment, but an unreliable boss can hinder progress, cause confusion, and erode trust within the team. Reliability is crucial for effective leadership and successful collaboration.

@akanksha_hunts I totally see where you are coming from. How can you trust someone if they are unreliable? And without trust, the team won't be able to function.

Unreliable if we're choosing between the two. I think a big ego can be a good thing in certain sectors and depending on how merited that ego is. If they are the best sales person in the world with a big ego working on massive project - an ego might not be such a bad thing.
