@akanksha_hunts I totally see where you are coming from. How can you trust someone if they are unreliable? And without trust, the team won't be able to function.
Unreliable if we're choosing between the two. I think a big ego can be a good thing in certain sectors and depending on how merited that ego is. If they are the best sales person in the world with a big ego working on massive project - an ego might not be such a bad thing.
