What's the biggest cause of overworking for you?
For me it was a tendency of getting emotionally attached to the tasks at hand.
Once I went over it, I rarely feel overworked any more.
What about you?

Same thing for me, especially when they are big jobs where most of the l l effort is mine I tend to think about it even in the evening and sometimes even keep working on it.
I must say that in the last period the situation has improved since I started working on my personal projects :)
