What’s the Best LLM You’re Using and Why?

I’ve been exploring various Large Language Models (LLMs) and wanted to hear your thoughts. There are so many options, each with its strengths. Here are a few I’ve tried: 1. GPT-4o (OpenAI) 2. Claude 3.5 Sonnet (Anthropic) 3. Gemini 1.5 Pro (Google) 4. Llama 3 (Meta) 5. Mistral 7B (Mistral AI)

We are using Claude Haiku for our Chatbot Mobile App. We find it generates responses to our use cases as well as the larger models, has better performance, and is cheaper. This allows us to provide a reasonable experience at a reasonable cost to our users. At this time we are using in-app adds to pay for the service, which would be difficult to do with the larger models. We regularly compare the new models as they come available to see if they will give better experience, so far Claude has been the best for us.
