What’s one feature you wish more SaaS tools offered but haven’t seen yet?

One feature I wish more SaaS tools offered is seamless integration with all major platforms without complex setup. Many SaaS tools focus on their core functions but lack in easy connectivity. This would allow users to effortlessly combine different services they use, enhancing productivity. For example, a project management SaaS tool should be able to directly sync with various communication and file - storage platforms with just a few clicks.

Better cross-tool integrations that actually work. And simpler pricing tiers, please!

I wish more SaaS tools offered built-in, customizable AI assistants that streamline workflows based on specific business needs.

Definitely could use better granular permissions and access controls across team members and roles. Hate having to choose between all or nothing access!
