What means to have a website for you?
Hey product people! can you please help me and share your experience? if you ever worked on your personal / company or product website, few questions: what is the website for you? is it just visual representation of your brand? or it's more like a tool? what you expect from the website?

Having a website for me is like having a digital storefront that represents my personal or company brand. It's not just a visual representation, but also a powerful tool for connecting with my audience, showcasing my products or services, and ultimately driving business growth.
I expect my website to not only reflect the essence of my brand but also to serve as a user-friendly platform that provides valuable information, engages visitors, and converts them into customers or loyal followers. It's a space where I can express my creativity, share my story, and build a community around my products or services.

Well it depends. Firstly I want the website to solve my problem as fast as possible. I want it to be credible and trusted. I want it to be as easy and frustration free as possible. I want it to look profession also that would help with credibility
@slimmy82 thanks for your thoughts! 100% agree that website should be frustration free, this is si important for people to easy navigate and clearly understand what is website about. Can you please share a little bit more - what gives that credibility feeling? what features or information on the website cover that part?
@constantine_stan my question is about how do people use website. Cause some build website and it's just somewhere in the internet without any positive impact.
It's basically a showcase of your brand while providing some sort of value for the user in the form of products/service, guides, blog, courses etc... It should definitely have the goal to "convert" visitors into doing action X, be it a sale or a comment on a blog post.
@filippo_pietrantonio thanks a lot! really love your point about the value and yeah, at the end it's always about the sale. What do think is most imortant on the website that can convert visitor to an action?
@oxana_ivanova great UI/design, a catchy hero statement (non descriptive but rather showing the "transformation" the product/service will give the user) and clear CTA (tell the user exactly what to do!) Hope it helps for your research!
