Feature creep is definitely a big one. It's so tempting to keep tweaking and adding 'just one more thing' to get it perfect. Setting a hard launch deadline helps. Also, getting early feedback is crucial - don't wait for perfection, launch an MVP and iterate based on real user input. It's scary but better than delaying endlessly. Making time for marketing/sales prep is important too. Product Hunt is great for getting some initial traction and feedback when you do launch!

Fear of launching with an imperfect product is a big one. It's easy to get caught in the trap of endless tweaking and polishing. I've found it helps to set a hard deadline and just ship the MVP, even if it feels a bit rough around the edges. Get that initial user feedback ASAP and iterate from there. Also seconding the importance of not neglecting marketing/sales prep. Start building buzz and a waitlist well before launch day!

So true about the fear of launching an MVP that's not 'perfect.' I've found setting clear milestones and a firm launch date helps keep me accountable. Breaking the launch into phases also makes it more manageable - get the core functionality out first, then iterate and layer on the 'nice-to-haves' based on user feedback. And +1 to prepping your marketing early! Building anticipation with a waitlist, content previews, outreach to your network, etc. is key so you don't launch to 🦗🦗🦗 on day 1. It's a marathon not a sprint!
