What issues in the field of time tracking would you like to discuss?

Time tracking is an important topic. But in the flow of informational noise and business issues, this topic is little considered. Or the topic is being considered, but in articles borrowed so many times already. I want to write about something important and unique. What could it be? P.S. I'd like to ask you about your own feelings about "time tracking of the future" - do you think companies will be more strict when it comes to tracking time when employees work or rather they will be more flexible and introduce task-oriented mode of operation that would not really require time-tracking?

@karolina3 Rather, it will be a privilege for employees than a requirement of the company. It will be important for employees to record how much time they actually worked. So that they finish their working day on time and devote more time to themselves and their families. An essential point in the difference of mentalities. Because in one country, people tend to finish their working day on time. In another country, it is considered the norm to work after the end of the working day. And even sleep standing decently in such a country.
