What issues do you face when someone finishes the free trial of your product?

Naturally, do they want to convert to paying?

Haven't experiences anything like this yet.

Conversion, big time. Some people dip after the trial and don't pay. Gotta figure out how to make 'em stick. Features? Price? It's a bit of a puzzle.
