What is the most aha moment in your career path?

I think you get to a certain point where you realize "we're the adults making the decisions" It wasn't a concrete moment but when you realize that all the other people making decisions are feeling the same way - it's a relief.

Less is more! I learnt this the hard way but working far too hard and long on web designs, I just need to use a great font, colour scheme and good spacing and not try a reinvent the wheel every time.

For me, that’s when I solved a critical issue for my company product, which could save millions of dollars for the company.
