For me, i like to being innovative and solve peoples problem. for the simplicity i love to make a microsaas product but solve people's pain point.

The absolute best thing is that you get to keep the profit of your labour. You aren't giving away the lions share to the people above you, and this means that you're hard work pays off.
The flip side of that is, of course, not every business is successful and you are not guaranteed a pay cheque.
The great sense of ownership of building something which has meaniful purpose
no one over your shoulder. except the users feedback like whispers in your ear- which isn't all that bad
