I have only launched once here and came 4th Product of the day. It was a great experience but to be honest I was underprepared and launched too soon.

Getting 'new users' to vote on your product definitely doesn't contribute to the 'product of the day' ranking. So you should start really get to know the people who frequent on the platform earlier on.
