What do you usually do on Sundays?

Take a break? Continue working the same amount? Work less? I'd love to hear more! For me personally, I work the same amount on Sundays because we're a 3 person startup that hasn't released our product yet. However, I'm mindful of taking breaks and avoiding "hustle culture", and that different things work for different people.

Church in the morning, and I try (really hard) to rest and clean my space for the upcoming week. I typically clean my workspace in the weekend, does not have to be a Sunday.

On weekends I usually work more than on weekdays.

I go to Church every Sunday morning, have an amazing lunch, rest a while and would start preparing for the week later that evening

Try to allocate time between family and giving some time to myself too

I mostly take care of my baby on weekends, and he is very clingy.

I think taking one day a week is essential to organize your mind and have a balanced life. I try not to work myself, but sometimes I have to.
