B2C uses facebook or instagram. Insta is particularly good for home utensils, fashion and beauty products
Youtube and facebook are used for high value C2C deals - real estate, used cars, second hand goods, collectibles.
Tiktok is banned where I am, but am told that it drives a lot of B2C and C2C businesses
Twitter also drives B2C and B2B businesses
