What are the must-have features you look for in an online form tool?

Hi there! 🙌🏻 We are in a research process and need your feedback. Many online form tools are on the market, each with its niche customers. Ignoring pricing, what are the must-have features you look for in an online form tool? What features would affect your choice? I look forward to your answers!

Here are a couple things comes into my mind: - Being able to embed them in any CMS easily would be great rather than opening it on a new page. Also customizing the forms with your branding definitely would help a lot. - A good analytics tool for wider research reports. Being able to compare and summarize the answers also can help for people who is not expert on the research field. - It should have template forms that I can start building on top.
