One thing I’d suggest is making sure your onboarding experience is seamless. I didn’t realize how many potential users would abandon the product if it wasn't easy to start using right away.
Yeah I messed up the timing on my launch... didn't do any pre-launch hype and just hit that launch button cold turkey at like 2am on a Tuesday 😂 Need to build some buzz leading up to it next time and launch at the peak traffic time! Live and learn right?
