Maybe not for productivity, but I often use: contrast (to check color contrast accessibility), autoflow (to show connected screens for dev hand-off), iconify (to search and add different icon styles and insert into the design), HTML to Figma (to extract text and images from an existing website and have them available next to the design), content reel (to replace dummy content) and whichever background remover is free and available atm. Usually, I've surpassed all my free options, so I usually just go to Photoshop and remove the backgrounds with that. I've used some to organize my styles, like styler and others, but I never remember which one is it.
I've been working on https://bestfigmaplugins.com/ — a curated directory of Figma plugins, and I’d love to get your thoughts. Looking forward to finding new plugins to add to the directory
Oh, where do I start? Figma plugins are like the secret sauce of design productivity! "Auto Layout" and "Unsplash" are must-haves. But let me tell you, "Blush" is an underrated gem for custom illustrations. Recently discovered "Content Reel"—total game-changer! Just like how "Her Ideal Match" could revolutionize your dating profile game, these plugins will seriously up your design skills.
