I've been leveraging tools like Notion for task tracking, Focus@Will for concentration music, and using the Pomodoro Technique to structure work intervals, all of which streamline my workflow and boost efficiency.
Lately, I've been diving into "time batching," grouping similar tasks in blocks. "No-meeting" days carve out focused work periods, with a daily "top-three priority" list.
I wrote my own app. Launching today.
Based on structuring the tasks by how much they are devastating (cognitive load, emotional load), importance level and deadline, and then let my behavioral model allocate time to execute them. The model is optimizing for successful finishing and respecting deadlines as well as my long term "happiness". Which means pomodoro technique on AI steroids & zero time allocated to creating a plan. I just push a button and wait for 800ms. Which is not that much.
