The right answer would be bubble, you can add in a lot of features, but there definitely is a learning curve.
I have personally felt softr to be a better alternative.

I've been developing on Bubble for the past 3 years so I'm biased towards it. But I've never come across anything more powerful and flexible to build web apps.
All other platforms I've come across has some of limitation and restrictions.
