Tik-tok for startups

Our idea is to create a social network (Tik-tok or Facebook) for startups, different tech communities, companies on one side, and investors and advisors on the other side. The service would allow startups, different tech communities and companies to post different kinds of visual content: videos, photos, visual progress, etc. that could interest potential investors or edvisers. Such a platform would help to find investments, new connections, networking, find help from educators and so on. How do you like this idea?

It's a good idea, but that doesn't mean it will be successful. Taking it off the ground takes a lot of money and time. And getting people to use an entirely new social platform is not easy. I would say start this idea by implementing it on the existing social platforms (I don't know how exactly, but I am sure you can figure out a way :) ) I hope you got my point, and I wish you the best of luck!
There is a product called Edupops which is a bit more business focused.
