Orange juice, cold shower, coffee and let's go for 4 hours of deep work. I take a break for lunch a salad and thereafter, I practice my sports one hour. Its possible to continue to work, It depends on the work I have to do. Every night I mark what I have to do on a big white board! It's a must :)
