Startupers, what is your morning routine like?

For me, it is either complete chaos or very chill, no in-between :D

Some exercise. Meditation. Shower. Breakfast. Small walk. Reading. It is an ideal morning routine for me but sometimes I have less time.

Turn off the alarm that's in the other room. Brush teeth. Take some NmN. Make my bed. Morning Pages. Meditation. Coffee. Yoga. Read (current book, medium articles, newsletters)

Start the computer. Start the kettle. Get breakfast and tea while watching news on Youtube. Prepare yerba mate. Start working.

Orange juice, cold shower, coffee and let's go for 4 hours of deep work. I take a break for lunch a salad and thereafter, I practice my sports one hour. Its possible to continue to work, It depends on the work I have to do. Every night I mark what I have to do on a big white board! It's a must :)
