As for me, I'm aiming to reach $10k MRR by the end of the year. To achieve this, I plan to focus on enhancing user engagement through personalized onboarding experiences and leveraging partnerships with complementary products to expand our reach.

Our plan is to reach first $10k MRR this year. We already sold around $70k in Lifetime Deals and got a waitlist of over 3k supporters.
Something we're working on:
1) Launching and promoting lead magnets to grow the email list
2) Nurturing emails, sharing value with our audience
3) Cold outreach plays significant role to connect with partners and potential clients.
Overall, getting recurring revenue feels much more hard compared to driving a bunch of lifetime deals sales. We did not launch on AppSumo, rather just selling from our website.
@yaro_y As a digital product creator, I always thought recurring revenue was the best part about running a SaaS. But recently I'm starting to realize how hard it is to achieve that after hearing the experience of saas founders like yourself.
Btw, lead magnets are something we're focusing on as well. We're building a bunch of useful free tools for our target audience, so that we can get a constant stream of traffic to the site, and eventually upsell our paid products.
