I think it's pretty much every project, especially in the starting phase while new team members are being onboarded.

@saqib_ali_ yes I agree! Knowledge silos reduce the time for the important critical work and make you spend more time transferring knowledge. This especially hinders the collaborative work that could be done in the meantime
