Need advice: 4 months into building my first SaaS - when to launch vs. keep building?

Hey Makers, I'm a developer who's spent the last 4 months building an all-in-one workspace platform. Now I'm at a crossroads and could use some perspective from those who've been here before. The product (kakrola.com): - Project management (Trello-style boards) - Team docs (Notion-like editor) - Team communications (channels & DMs) - Built with NextJS, TypeScript, Supabase Current situation: - Completed core features for Plus plan - Removed free tier based on common advice - Have more advanced features planned but not built - No real validation yet (first-timer mistake) Questions keeping me up at night: 1. Should I launch with just the Plus plan features? 2. How do you know when you've built enough? 3. Any tips for getting first users? You can try it out using test cards (Paddle test mode).
