At times, just to relax and clear my head, I meditate for about 10-15 minutes during the workday. It helps a lot.

i do it daily and use Insight Timer to track my streak and connect with others. Back in 2016, I attended a 10 day silent Vipassana Retreat after reading Sapiens by Yuval Harari. Meditating for 8 hours a day for 10 days was one of the toughest things I have ever done and it changed my life forever. You can learn more at dhamma.org
Meditation is the best way to refocus and improve your mental health. So I believe meditation during the workday and also on off days can really benefit you in many ways.
